Ready Families Programs
Universal Home Visiting – Homes visits will be offered to parents of newborns in the Hazel Dell and Orchards areas. The visits by parent educators will support each parent's role as tehir child's first and most important teacher, and connect parents to family support and community resources, and facilitate connections to other parents of newborns in their neighborhood.
Rx for Family Support – Rx for Family Support enables health care workers, like pediatricians and obstetricians, to link families to child development and family support resources in the community. Outreach to health care workers is acheived through Lunch and Learn presentations.
